General Labourers

We are looking for hardworking, reliable, and motivated General Labourers to join our team in Canada. The successful candidates will be responsible for performing various physical tasks, assisting with daily operations, handling materials, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

This position is ideal for individuals who are physically fit, dependable, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general labour duties in warehouses, factories, construction sites, or other workplaces.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials and products.
• Assist with packing, sorting, labelling, and preparing goods for shipment.
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment when required and properly trained.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
• Assist supervisors and team members with daily operational tasks.
• Perform repetitive physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Report equipment issues, hazards, or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Complete other general duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Previous general labour experience is an asset but not always required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Basic communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends when required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
